ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

JULY 15, 2010

7:15P.M.          Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Richard B.

                        Gorden, Ellen W. Abelson and Mark J.Mazur.

1.   The Board signed two Notifications of Pro Forma tax, for FY 2010 and

      FY 2011 for parcel # 102-88, which was sold by a tax exempt entity to

      a taxable entity.

2.   The Board signed a FY 2011 Preliminary Tax Adjustment for personal

      property account # 32792.

3.   The Board reviewed a letter accepting our settlement offer for the FY 2010

      appeal for parcel # 130-31.

4.   The Board granted a FY 2010 abatement in final settlement of the appeal

      on parcel # 130-31.

5.   The Board reviewed three FY 2010 Clause 18 applications and took the

      following actions on them:

            Parcel # 43-19             Clause 18         Denied

            Parcel # 33-6               Clause 18         Denied

            Parcel # 52-16             Clause 18         Granted

6.   The Board reviewed an analysis of non price proposals for a data

      re-inspection project.

7.   The Board opened bids for a data re-inspection project.

8.   The Board discussed the bids and bidders for our data re-inspection

      project.

9.   The Board decided to hold their next Board meeting at 7:15P.M. on

      Thursday, July 29, 2010.
